What to do in case of Damaged /Defective Products

In order to cancel an item in your order:
If an item ordered by you on iSoftCare Technology is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at info@isoftcare.com for a replacement. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.
